Click on the ‘Group Leader Sign Up’ tab at the top of the home page. This will take you to a data capture sheet for you to fill in all of your details.

Decide which week you would like to travel, if there are any extras you want to include for the team/your friends, and fill in your details.

**Make sure there are no errors in your email address or phone number**

Clicking send fires your form off to a magical land where the Tour Elves can begin their work.

We create a unique booking for you and your team or group, then email it back to you with your codes.

NOW SHARE IT. Share your code far and wide. Let no person or unicorn miss out on the incredible experience that is Tour!

Your team can use this link to join your booking and pay a £75 deposit to reserve their place.

This is on a first come first serve basis and space is limited so make sure they do this fast!

When your friends use your link they become part of your booking…

If you travel on our Easter Tours, for every 25 fully paid bookings, you will get 1 FREE PLACE*.

On completion, people will receive a confirmation and be able to log in to make changes to their bookings, additional payments, and add extras.

You will find it much easier getting your team, society or friends interested if you show them the videos of Tour and get them to follow the social media pages where we send out information and post regular competitions.

JOINING A BOOKING

Has your Group Leader been a legend and set up your Tour Group already?

They will have now provided you with a Unique Booking Code. This code will grant you access to your group’s booking and ensure that you are all roomed together in the same hotel on the same trip.

Just enter this code into the box on our home page, then fill out your details.

You will have the option to add extras to your booking to maximise your enjoyment while on holiday. Some of these will be available to add at a later date also.

Follow the steps until you get to the Deposit payment page.

Once you have paid your Deposit – Congratulations! You have reserved your ticket on the trip of a lifetime!

Share your newfound joy with the rest of the squad and make sure your besties have booked.

You will be emailed a confirmation within 30 minutes, and you can then log in whenever you feel ready to pay more of your balance off.

Top Tip: Don’t leave it all last minute until the Final Balance Deadline.

DEADLINES

Everybody will have the ability to manage their own booking, check for amazing bolt-ons to maximise their trip, and make payments to their Tour.
Group leaders will have the added benefit of being able to view their team and keep track of who has signed up, paid etc.

The key is to share the links, and your excitement with those around you. Tour is truly an experience for all, and something everyone should have the chance to see for themselves at least once (or 5) times before they have to leave the student life behind.
