Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked most about our tours.

How Long Is The Coach Journey?

If you are travelling by coach, the journey to resort will take between approximately 15-19 hours from the Port of Dover in England, depending on the resort you’re travelling to. This journey time
factors in stops along the way but it can change depending on how busy the traffic and channel crossing is. We cannot advise a general journey time from start to finish, as each group has their own specific pick up location.

What Are The Payment Deadlines?

Easter Tours 2025:
29th November: (£75 deposit + BF)
31st January: Remaining Balance

Is there a minimum or maximum number of people that can sign up?

There is no minimum number for joining this trip, as it is an ‘AYOT’ package.

There are also no maximum numbers. You are only restricted by the number of places on a trip. Places are limited and many of our trips do sell out, so it is important that you and your group pay deposits as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

What food options are there on the Easter Tours?

You can add Half Board to your booking, which is your breakfast and evening meals. This can be a fantastic way to save money and make sure your team can eat together, so we recommend you speak to your ILOVETOUR Rep to get more information on adding this to your booking.

Can I be picked up and dropped off in different places?

Yes, Southern Pick Up is available to add to your account. Contact your account manager to make sure this is added to your booking.

Can we choose who we share the coach with?

Coach allocations are based on group numbers as we aim to make sure all coaches have no empty seats. You can put in a request to share with a specific team, but it is not guaranteed.

Is Tour accessible for everyone?

Accessibility is different depending on each trip, please check with your account manager to find out more.

Can I put a bag on a coach and fly out?

No, passengers must accompany their belonging for security reasons. If a baggage check is required then the owner of the bag will need to be on board.

I don’t want to play sport, what else can I do on one of your trips?

All trips are different so you would be best informed by contacting an ILOVETOUR Rep. We offer day trips, short excursions, and lots of other entertainment for those not wanting to participate in a sport. Many of our sports are open to casual or social players as our main goal is to bring you and your group together, regardless of your background.

What is the accommodation like?

We want to make sure that your expectations of Tour are correctly managed. It is important to note that you are booking a low-cost holiday and therefore the accommodation which is included isn’t a luxury hotel.

We use a variety of 2* and 3* accommodations across each of our locations. Depending on your chosen location, room sizes vary between 2-6 teammates. Each accommodation has different facilities and we cannot guarantee which accommodation your team will be allocated.

How do free places work?

For every 25 fully paid travelling passengers, the 26^th is free. Get your team to sign up and pay their deposits to be eligible for a free place. You will also need to pay a deposit, but after the deadline, we will apply the free place to your booking. A free place includes the base price of your trip only, you would need to pay for any further extras that you add to your account.
