Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked most about signing up, and managing your booking.
What are my transport Options?
All packages are Arrange Your Own Flights, which doesn’t include any travel. You would need to source your own travel, but you can find cheap and frequent flights to Spain.
What airports can I fly into?
The nearest airport is Reus International, being approximately 20 minutes to the resort.
Or you can fly to Barcelona Airport, which is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to the resort.
Both of these airports have frequent and cheap flights.
Can ILOVETOUR assist with transfer from the airport?
Yes, absolutely! You can choose to add airport transfers onto your booking for an additional cost. These will be arranged as a return trip between the airport in Spain to the resort. You will need to source your own travel to the UK airport.
When should I arrive?
Check-in is usually from 3pm however if you plan to arrive earlier, let us know.
The arrival dates will vary depending on the week you’re travelling.
If you’ve booked onto Week 1, you will need to arrive in resort on the departure date stated on your e-ticket. If you are unsure, please speak to a member of the ILOVETOUR team.
What are the payment deadlines?
The deposit deadline to secure your place on is the 29th of November: £75 deposit + BF
You will then have until the final balance deadline on the 28th of Febraury, to pay your remaining balance.
What food option are there on The Summer Escape
The package price includes Half Board, which is your breakfast and evening meals. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants right on your doorstep for lunch or snacks.
If you have any dietary requirements, you can include these on your booking.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of people that can sign up?
There is no minimum number for joining one of our tours if it is on an ‘AYOT’ (Arrange Your Own Travel) package. If travel is included then you will need to check minimum numbers in the trip details that you have been provided. There are no maximum numbers. You are only restricted by the number of places on a trip. Many of our Tours do sell out, so it is important that you and your team pay deposits as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
I can’t make the trip, can I transfer my booking?
If you are unable to attend, you can request a name change to transfer your booking to a new person. However, you won’t be able to transfer your booking to a different trip.
