ILOVETOUR are the market leaders in the industry, with our levels of safety processes and support being unrivalled in the student travel space.

From the Health and Safety elements in our festivals, to our robust escalation process in resort, your Tours are meticulously planned to the finest details to allow groups to travel abroad and in the UK with piece of mind.

Our staff are highly trained, on full sobriety policies during your trips, and have experience in working with student groups.

Each festival has an additional support network of event staff who we hire in. These staff work in a multitude of different roles that include hotel reps and client assistants. We also hire in sports staff who are specialists in their fields and are qualified to run each sport’s tournament offered on Tour.

Medical and welfare provisions at each Easter Tour are supplied by dedicated teams of UK trained professionals on site.

Our core team are both physical and mental health first aid trained, along with medical teams hired exclusively for our trips. You will have access to fully qualified physical and mental health care professionals on our Easter Tours.

This page will be regularly updated with information on what welfare and support can be expected and easily accessed while on a Tour with us, and we will strive to signpost other credible sources of free student support services within our pages*.

We will also showcase our biannual welfare campaigns so you can see what is expected of customers when travelling on a Tour with ILOVETOUR.

*If you have had a positive experience with a support service or are a representative of one, and you would like to provide a link to our customers then please contact us.
